We aim to provide you with full satisfaction of your purchase. If for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return your purchase within Fourteen (14) days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please note that we do not accept any returns on bespoke orders.
Terms and Conditions of Return
The following conditions need to be fulfilled in order to exercise your right to return:
— Notify us through firstname.lastname@example.org of your decision to return the item(s) stating the reason.
— The item(s) must not have been used or damaged.
— The identification tag must still be on the item(s).
— The returned item(s) must be in their original packaging or a similar suitable packaging. If for any reason, you no longer have the packaging we can suggest an alternative.
— Your returned item(s) must be delivered to the shipping agent within Fourteen (14) days of the date of receipt of your order.
SAHRAI will not cover the cost of returns.
Please note that any duties, taxes and fees that you have paid for the delivery of the purchased item(s) shall not be refunded.
Refund Times and Procedures
After SAHRAI has received the returned item(s) and checked that these meet all the requirements, you will be advised by email that the returned item(s) have been accepted. The refund process will then start using the same form of payment you used (credit/debit card).
The timeframe for refunding the amount paid purchasing the returned item(s) depends on the payment method used:
— For credit/debit cards, the refund time depends on the Credit card Company’s policies.
— For payments by bank transfer, the refund time depends on the inter-bank transfer times between banks and countries.
