Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions of Trading (‘Agreement’) apply to all sales through the www.sahrai.com (‘the Website’) between SAHRAI UK Limited and its subcontractors (‘We’, ‘Us’, ‘Our’) and the Customer (‘you’, ‘your’) with respect to sales of products and services.

 

Placing an order

By placing an order through this e-Commerce website, you are accepting to purchase the products detailed in your order upon the terms outlined in your order. You are unconditionally accepting the provisions of these General Terms & Conditions. Upon placing your order, a confirmation will be sent to you acknowledging that your order has been received. Once your order has been processed and accepted, you enter into a contract with SAHRAI UK Limited for the sales of products and services as per your order. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you do not receive an email confirming your order, please contact contact@sahrai.com and we will ensure that your order has been placed successfully.

 

Prices and availability of our products are subject to change without notice.

 

Delivery

We deliver free of charge worldwide. However, in certain countries, goods are subject to local taxes and custom duties. We will provide all the necessary documentation to obtain clearance of your goods in the destination country. However, we are not liable for any charges that may arise.

 

All delivery dates are estimated delivery dates and can be subject to change. For bespoke orders, an estimated delivery window in terms of number of months will be given to you upon placing your order. We are not liable for any direct or indirect financial loss or damage caused to you through any delay due to unforeseen circumstances or outside the control of SAHRAI UK Limited and its affiliated companies. A more accurate delivery date will be given to you once your order is ready for shipment.

 

Guarantees

The main characteristics of each product are shown on www.sahrai.com on each individual product page. The products may not exactly correspond to the real rugs in terms of colours and textures due to the browser and computer used. By placing an order through our website, you confirm and accept this.

 

All of our products are quality controlled in our main Atelier in Milan as per ISO 9001.

 

All products currently sold by us are covered by a guarantee for lack of conformity. You are required to inform us of the existence of any such lack of conformity within a period of 14 days from the date you received the products. Please contact customercare@sahrai.com.

 

All products come with a unique identification which can be found with a seal of guarantee of authenticity on the back of each product.

 

Prices

All prices displayed on the website are either in Pound Sterling or Euro. Most of our collections can be customised in terms of: Design, Dimension, Colour Combination, Texture. Quotation for these as well as oversize rugs is done on a proforma basis.

 

All prices are inclusive of VAT and shipment. If the delivery address is outside the European Union, then no VAT will be charged. You will be responsible for any taxes, customs and import duties required by your country in relation to the item(s) purchased.

 

Payments (incl. Security)

Payment for your order must be used either by credit or debit card or by bank transfer.

 

In the case of payment by Credit or Debit card, all details such as card number and expiry date will be sent by encrypted protocol to Stripe or other banks which provide remote electronic payment services without any third parties having access. These details will not be used by us except for performing the procedure relevant to your purchase or issuing refunds in the case of returns in compliance with the exercise of your return right or for reporting cases of fraud to the relevant authorities.

 

Product Descriptions

We endeavor to have the most accurate product descriptions and specifications and we are always available by phone or email should there be any questions or clarifications required. However, we are not bound by the descriptions and specifications given on the website as these are only intended to give a general description of the products.

 

In terms of colours of the items, these are close representations. We cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the device or browser used to view the products.

 

Sizes for available rugs as well as our standard sizes are displayed. These may be subject to a small variation +/- 10 cms of the published size due to the washing and stretching processes involved.

 

Available Rugs

All of our designs are currently displayed on our website together with the available colours and sizes for those designs. If a colour or design you are looking for is not currently available, you are welcome to place your order and we will indicate the delivery timescale for the item(s) of your choice.

 

Bespoke Orders

For each design, we display the standard sizes and colours that are available whether we currently have that rug as part of our available rugs or not.

 

If you do not find the colour or dimension you are looking for on this list, we request you to contact us either by email: info@sahrai.com or telephone: +442038874589 to discuss your requirements and we will send you a quotation and take your order.

 

Customer Care

At SAHRAI, we endeavor to give you a great experience whether you come to one of our showrooms, one of the Trade Fairs where we exhibit or through our website. Our dedicated team is available to respond to your queries promptly Monday to Saturday from 10.30 a.m to 6.30 p.m (GMT) before your purchase, during and after your delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Our aim is for you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange provided the item is not damaged or used and in its original packaging.

 

Return will need to be arranged by yourselves in an appropriate packaging – we can provide advice with sourcing the appropriate packaging material.

 

If you have paid customs or any taxes, duties in your country for the purchase of these item(s), these will not be reimbursed by us.

Governing Law

www.sahrai.com is operated from our offices in England and therefore in the event of litigation, laws of England and Wales prevail. If you access the website from outside the United Kingdom, you agree that in the event of a dispute between yourself and Sahrai UK Limited, the laws of England and Wales will apply.
